Traveling Stanley

Remember Stanley?  My nephew called and asked if  Stanley could visit.  If I could take him out on the town.  Each student in his first grade class dressed their Stanley and sent him on a trip.

We took Stanley to the library, Chilli’s, fishing, across the ferry and to the visitors center.  Many photos were taken.  We had a great time with Stanley.   Almost lost him at the beach.

His visit was short, only a week.  I packed him up with his pictures and sent him back to school.

Stanley’s photos covered a large map placed in the hallway.  During open house we saw all the different places he traveled.

This was a lot of fun and the children realized not everyone lives here in town.

Has Stanley visited you?
